Registration

Registration is closed.

Please read the following information and instructions carefully before registering. If you have questions concerning the procedure, please contact the Winter School secretariat before proceeding with your registration.

All accepted applicants (paying participants) have to arrive on Sunday January 22, and depart on Friday January 27, 2023, after lunch and have to pay a registration fee of CHF 300.00 (attendance fee, downloadable course material, participation diploma).

We take care of booking and payment for your accommodation (lodging and board) for the period of the Winter School. Sunday January 22, 2023 to Friday January 27, 2023 (5 nights): accommodation in double rooms shared with Winter School colleagues.
Room policy:

- If there is NO special pandemic regulation in place in Switzerland during the Winterschool, the standard arrangement includes accommodation in double rooms. Please leave a note in the comment box if you would like to share a room with a specific person also registering.

- If there is a special pandemic regulation in place in Switzerland during the Winterschool prescribing single rooms for all participants, the standard arrangement includes accommodation in single rooms. The Centro will provide more hotel space under these conditions. All participants will be treated equally in this case; the organizer will cover the extra costs.

For the duration of the Winter School arrival day dinner, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and departure day lunch will be provided in the Monte Verità restaurant. The gala dinner will take place at an external location and these costs will also be covered by the organizers.
Extra pre-and post-school night hotel reservations are under the applicants‘ responsibility and are not possible at the Hotel Monte Verità during the Winter Season.

Presumably an excursion will be included in the school’s programme; the costs will be covered by the organizers.

Registration and payment of the conference fee

Please register on the registration form sent to you via e-mail.

• If you have received an invited speaker code, please register using the code. If you haven’t received a speaker code, please continue without.
• Please fill out the personal data form.
• also indicate any dietary restrictions in the field ‘comments’: no specific needs, resp. Vegetarian, Vegan, Lactose free, Gluten Free, Allergy (please specify)
  
  

Once the form is submitted a registration confirmation email will be sent to the address you input in the form. Then, you are directed to a secure credit card payment page, where you can pay the conference registration fee (CHF 300.00). Pay the registration fee (by credit card, TWINT, Applepay) on the registration form (link above)

Once you have paid the registration fee, you will receive two emails:

• The first email generated by the Credit Card Service Provider Saferpay, confirming payment,
• and the second email generated by the CSF online platform containing a unique “Winter School Code”. DO NOT use that code, and DO NOT book rooms and meals: we will take care of that.

Cancellation policy

• Please note that the registration fee is generally not reimbursed.
  The school organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to school participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the school. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
• Please note that the registration fee is not reimbursed if you cannot attend for personal reasons. If the workshop cannot be held on site because of a lockdown, the registration fee will be fully reimbursed.

By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
